Volunteer Opportunty - Bethesda Mission

Volunteering at the Bethesda Mission.

Parking is in the lot beside the mission or out in front on Reily Street.

5-6 volunteers needed!  
 
Our members need to arrive around 4:20 pm and go to the front door, up the steps and sign in.   They will make a left turn down the steep steps to the kitchen where we serve the community members first-around 4:30 or so, and then the actual residents of the home second, around 5:25 pm.    We are generally done by 6 pm.

We do NOT make the food, we just serve it.

They will give you a hairnet to wear and gloves since we are serving food.

You can bring an apron and you can wear jeans, but it you want to wear your work clothes, that works too!   Also, closed toed shoes would be best due to some slippery situations at times.
